UV Skinz thrives on happy customers! If you are not 100% satisfied with any item(s), simply return your item(s) to us at any time for an exchange or refund of the original purchase price. We use the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship and guarantee against all manufacturer defects. Please read our care instructions carefully to ensure all items last to their utmost potential.
If you need to EXCHANGE an item or items for a different size, color, or style, simply enclose the completed Return/Exchange Form along with your items in a well-sealed box or envelope. Affix the Return Label on the form to the outside of your package and mail with sufficient postage by the carrier and service of your choice. We will pay the shipping to send the new item(s) out to you. Please fill out and include the Return/Exchange Form provided with your order. (You may also print one out here: Return/Exchange Form). Private Label and clearance items may not be returned or exchanged. REFUNDS are issued in the original form of payment for the purchase price less original shipping and handling charges (if applicable).
As mother always says, “leave it in better shape than you found it!” Please take special consideration when shipping back hats as we are unable to return/exchange products that are sent back with folded or creased brims. For all hats being returned to us, we suggest sending them back in their original boxes to ensure the entire purchase price is credited back to you. We appreciate your help with this!
What if my order is damaged, missing, or incorrect?

Our goal is to fulfill all orders as promptly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days of processing time before shipping occurs (unless requested shipping method is express shipping, in which case we can process all orders received by 1PM Pacific Time on the same business day they are received.)

Canada and International Orders: UV Skinz does not collect any brokerage fees, import duties, tariffs, or similar taxes at the time you place your order. You may be asked to pay the applicable amount at the time your shipment is released to you.

What is your shipping method?
Most items are available for immediate shipping. We offer a selection of shipping methods to fit your schedule and budget. If you would like to make other arrangements, please indicate this on your order and we will be happy to oblige for an additional fee.
Where can you ship?
We ship to the 50 US states and all Canadian provinces. For all other international requests, we would love to get an order to you anywhere in the world so please call or email us so we can try to help!
How much is shipping and how long will it take to receive my order?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards as well as PayPal. We will accept personal checks and money orders with orders that are mailed to us. (Please note: personal checks may take up to 10 working days to clear before order can be shipped.) All orders are processed in US dollars. You may fax an order to us toll free at 877-887-5468.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your order to you.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
A 7.5% sales tax must be added to all orders shipped to addresses within California. If your order is shipped outside of California, no sales tax will be added.
Do I have to pay international taxes and duty?
UV Skinz does not collect any brokerage fees, import duties, tariffs, or similar taxes at the time you place your order. You will be asked to pay the applicable amount at the time your shipment is released to you according to the guidelines of your particular country.
Do you offer gift certificates?

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that we have received your order. Once your order is shipped you will also receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking numbers so you can monitor your package.
Do you have retail stores?
UV Skinz does not have a retail store however, we do have many distributors located throughout the United States and Canada. Please call us toll free at 877-887-5469 if you’d like to find a retailer in your area. You can always call us directly to place an order.
