Returns Policy
UV Skinz thrives on happy customers! If you are not 100% satisfied with any
item, return it to us at anytime for an exchange or refund of its purchase price
(less original shipping and handling charges). We use the highest quality of
materials and guarantee against all manufacturer defects. Please read our care instructions
carefully to ensure items last to their utmost potential.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid or a
merchandise exchange minus shipping charges. Please fill out the Return/
Exchange form provided and mail it back to us along with any products you
wish to return. All return packages must be mailed prepaid. New items will be
shipped at our expense.
Please note that Private Label and discounted items may not be returned or
exchanged.
What if my order is damaged, missing or incorrect?
