We use the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship and guarantee against any manufacturer defects. How to Start a Return or Exchange:

- Enter your Order Number and shipping zip code
- Follow the prompts to return or exchange and print your return label online
- Give your return to your postal carrier, drop off at any USPS facility, or schedule a pickup at usps.com
Our Return Policy:
New, unused, unwashed items can be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment, or at any time after that for Store Credit.
Items marked FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE may not be returned or exchanged.
As mother always says, "leave it in better shape than you found it!" Please take special consideration when shipping back hats as we are unable to return products that are sent back with folded or creased brims. For all hats being returned to us, we suggest sending them back in their original boxes to ensure the entire purchase price is credited back to you. We appreciate your help with this!
Exchanges process and ship in 2 business days following when USPS picks up your return. You will receive a tracking email once the exchange order ships.
Refunds are processed within 6-10 business days from the date we receive your return in our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment for the purchase price, less original shipping and handling charges (if applicable). A $10 postage and handling fee is deducted from each return.
