Measuring Tips

Here are some tips to help you order the correct size. If you don't have a measuring tape, no problem! Use a piece of string or ribbon to mark the measurement and then hold it alongside a ruler or yard stick to find the measurement.

Head Circumference

Measure around your head just above your ears angling slightly up across your forehead to get your full head circumference.

Bust

Lift your arms slightly and measure around your body (without a shirt is best), crossing over the fullest part of your chest.

Chest

Lift your arms slightly and measure around your body (without a shirt is best), crossing over the fullest part of your chest.

Waist

Measure around the natural waist, where you normally wear your pants, shorts or skirt.

Waist

Measure around your waist where your pants or shorts usually fall.

Hip

Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Seat

Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Arm Length

With your arm bent at 90 degrees, place your hand on your hip. Measure from the back of your neck to your shoulder, elbow, and wrist.

Foot Length

Lay a ruler or yardstick on the ground and stand with your heel positioned at “zero”. Measure the full foot length from heel to the end of your big toe. If you have a second ruler, its handy to use the second ruler to make sure your heel aligns perpendicular to “zero” and big toe aligns perpendicular to the final foot length measurement

Pants cutting crotch

Sun pants way to short from waist to crotch. I have to fold 3 inch waist band over and wear 3-4 inches below waist.

The new Travel Pant! or Fishing Pant.

I just got these! These are going to be my most favorite fishing, boating, travel, lounging pants. They are like the convertible fishing pants, or convertible travel pants or mens board short material but more light weight, 4 way stretch, and breathable. This is exactly the material I was looking for to be stylish on the boat and fishing on the flats boat. I will be able to jump in and out of the water while fly fishing from the boat. I am going to love them out fishing. I will also be able to dress them up with a cute shirt and go out to a casual dinner or around the pool. This will help for packing light for travel. Easy to wash and quick to dry. I like that they are breezy and air can move around my skin. For topical locations the cool air will move around your skin. The waistband is comfortable and wide. drawstring keeps them from sliding down when you have stuff in your pocket. The are a bit long and I will probably get them hemmed just a bit but that is okay better long than to short! So glad I found these pants.

Still the best UV pants!

I continue to adore these pants and I was thrilled when the latest print was released. This is my 4th pair as they are absolutely perfect in our tropical climate. They are light enough to wear on even the hottest day and a breeze to wash. I only wish they were offered in different lengths because I always have to get them hemmed.
