I'm tall with skinny legs and these fit pretty well. Not too loose, not TOO tight, but a bit tighter than any of my other board shorts. The inseam is high so they definitely hug the boys more than I'm used to. I'm not complaining and neither is my wife but be warned, if you're trying to not show off your junk, these might not be the trunks for you. I've tried wearing them a little bit lower so they're not as tight in the crotch but then my butt crack shows. Oh well. The waist is a small 32. Maybe more like a 31. The material seems to be good quality in stretches pretty well and the back zipper pocket is nice.

I always have a problem with bathing suits & board shorts due to the fact that I have thinner legs. I have to say these fit perfectly and I am very happy with the fit, colors & style.
