Celebrating Women’s Equality Day at UV Skinz

At UV Skinz, Women’s Equality Day is more than a date on the calendar, it’s a reflection of who we are every day. As a women-founded, women-led, and majority women-staffed company, we’re proud to also be certified by WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council). But beyond the recognition, what matters most is the culture we’ve built: one where women’s voices are valued, leadership is encouraged, and equality is part of the everyday experience.
