UV Skinz thrives on happy customers! If you are not 100% satisfied with any item(s), simply return your item(s) to us for return or exchange. We use the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship and guarantee against any manufacturer defects. Please read our care instructions carefully to ensure all items last to their utmost potential.

Return Policy

New, unused, unwashed items can be returned or exchanged for up to 91 days from the date of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment, or at any time after that for Store Credit.


Items marked FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE may not be returned or exchanged. 


Please take special consideration when shipping back hats as we are unable to return products that are sent back with folded or creased brims. For all hats being returned to us, we suggest sending them back in their original boxes to ensure the entire purchase price is credited back to you.


Exchanges process when we receive your return in our warehouse. You will receive a tracking email once the exchange order ships.


Refunds are processed on the date your return is received in our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment for the purchase price, less original shipping and handling charges (if applicable). A postage and handling fee is deducted from each return.

You will receive a printable prepaid shipping label that is available to you immediately upon your refund or exchange request. This eliminates the need for you to print and fill out any forms. 


4.  Give your return to your postal carrier, drop off at any USPS facility, or schedule a pickup at usps.com


Please Note: When returning an item, a shipping fee of $6.95 is deducted from your overall refund. The cost of return shipping is covered on any exchanges.
