I ended up returning because I preferred one of the boys colors but has the same fit/fabric/design and we love them! For my daughter we sized up to a 6 (she is 5 and around the 75th percentile for height and weight) I feel like the size six fits good length wise and not too loose. My favorite part is the snap at the neck because I feel like other brand sun shirt hoodies have the opening by the neck chest that could definitely lead to a sneaky burn or missed spot! Honestly the only thing that could make it better is the thumb holes the everyday hoodies have!
