Our grandchildren love the stars on the hooded beach blanket. In fact, one of them helped pick out which pattern to get. I am a stage III melanoma survivor so this was a purchase for my peace of mind. One is very fair like my side of the family and the other is a curly redhead like his dad. We’ve used this towel a hand full of times now at the pool. It’s very soft and has vibrant colors. It had good absorbency and size for my 8 month old son. The wash instructions are odd with delicate cycle and line dry but it didn’t get crunchy after so will continue to follow them. Overall, solid pool towel for us.
